Basic vibration a few times isn't an issue, but when you take that crankshaft that isn't a perfectly balanced rotating assembly (which some people don't haven't done) and put over 100hp/ cylinder, I would think you are naturally going to get some axial force on that crankshaft, naturally causing wear, I would like any sort of 'dampening' to prevent extra vibration, which is really very high frequency movement in various vectors - Bad! I am just speculating however, that's all we can do as the Z32 VG isn't a widely used engine in racing and aftermarket this day and age to have all these analysis' done!
